Grant users access to your environment

You can invite someone to join your MedStack Control environment. The person will receive an email with a link to create a user account.

  1. Click SETTINGS. Existing users are shown in the Users area.

  2. Click INVITE. Enter the user’s Name and Email address and select the user’s Role. You can choose from the following roles:
    • Owner  Full access.
    • Billing  Access to the Billing area only.
    • Technical  Access to all areas except Settings and Billing.
  3. Click INVITE. The invitation is added to the Invitations area.

  4. To resend the invitation, click RESEND. To cancel the invitation, click RESCIND.
  5. Once the invitation has been accepted, the person is added to the Users area.
